    DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!Manolo/ My sister was harassed by Manolo/Mike (he was not providing his real name), this guy threw my sister drivers license in her face and walked away. I contacted the business, tried to talk to Linda (manager) and they refused to transfer to her. I reported the business to the Attorney General's Office. Now they are answering: "your sister with options to be able to rent since she is an international customer from Brazil we require coverage on the rental. She was advised if she did not buy it online she had to purchase it at the counter to be able to rent it as we do not rent cars without coverage. She declined to follow police therefore, we were forced to decline service to her" First of all, if she is national or international makes no difference when the person has their own insurance, either an auto or from their credit card. Second, decline service doesn't mean that you can harass the person and fraudulently charge their credit card. YES, THEY DECLINED SERVICE AND CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT ON THE CREDIT CARD. THIS COMPANY IS THE WORST, STAY AWAY.

    Horrible experience. I travel to Orlando almost every year and never had an issue like this before with any other car rental place. Spent hours at the location and on the phone trying to resolve issues as soon as I went for pick up. They did not accept my insurance, had to pay hundreds of dollars to buy theirs even though they could not show me in their policy where it stated they dont accept mine. Someone rear ended me (completely their fault) I had to pay $500USD ($800CAD to me) when I dropped car off as a deductible and was told I would get it back in two weeks when the other person insurance came through. The persons insurance called me right away the next day to process it. Its been over a month and green motion has still not refunded me my deposit I was told I would get back. Ive called multiple times and left messages, they never return them. One time I got through (10 days ago) and they told me it was processing and it would be in my account in 3 days and if not to call back.. nothing there 10 days later I call back and get answering machine. I leave messages and no one ever calls me back. Ridiculous! DO NOT RENT A CAR HERE!!

    I wish there was an option for no stars.. I am not someone who does bad reviews but I want to save people from spending money with this company. I booked through Expedia, we arrived on the day of booking, I had received what I believe is a scam text telling me the wrong pick up location so my family and I went there and waited about 30 min, that is not on them at all but when I called Green Motion, the lady said to just wait there and someone would pick us up. We waited another 30 minutes and then called again, the lady said they were very busy but that someone was on their way. Another 15 minutes went by so we decided to walk to the correct pick up location. There were about 20 people there who had all been waiting 40+ minutes and were calling Green Motion and not getting through. We were last in line and it was clearly going to take several shuttles to transport everyone. I am pregnant and my two young kids were incredibly hungry and cranky after the long flight and waiting for so long for the shuttle. I knew the wait was still going to be long. We made an emergency decision to get a car through Hertz and pay the premium of renting day of. I called Green motion to cancel and no one picked up so I left a voicemail that we could not wait any longer for a shuttle and needed to cancel and for them not to charge us. They listed it us as a no show and after several phone calls I have been told they will absolutely not provide a refund. I tried getting a refund with Expedia as well since Green Motion denied it and they also said they wouldnt. Im in shock and just the inhumane customer service was very upsetting. I feel like anyone who hears what happened thinks its very clear that we did not receive service and should not have to pay for it but here we are paying that along with the Hertz bill that was 3 times what it would have been if we booked with them from the get go. I wont be using Expedia ever again simply because they work with a company like Green Motion and wont take responsibility when they are unethical.

First of all, if she is national or international makes no difference when the person has their own insurance, either an auto or from their credit card.
