Dont even waste your time on these people. I got charged extra for the employees wrong doing. Learn to train your employees better. I got charged four extra days on top of what I needed and they didnt offer a refund. The guy at front was too busy talking to his girlfriend on the phone instead of taking care of us and entering the correct amount of days.

Quick & easy process to rent the truck. The only issue we had was the nasty mean careless attitude that Ms. Amber had. We greeted her and said " GOOD Morning" and she ignored us and my husband repeated" GOOD Morning" as, we were the first in line outside waiting for the doors to open. Amber totally dismissed us and attended us with an attitude. People like this should work in the back cleaning toilets or moping the floors.

Terrible experience at this location. Staff was unbelievably rude from the start. I accidentally left something in the truck just 20 minutes after dropping it off, and instead of helping, they tossed it in the dumpster, laughed, and told me to sort through it. Absolutely appalling customer service.
