The worst. The lady at the desk was incredibly slow. I reserved the truck a day before, it took 2 hours to rent me a truck the day i came to pick it up. I was the only one in the office, they took 1.5 hours to process my rental. I had called the day before to give them my information. The male manager/owner was rude, and none of them understood simple customer service. I would never use this place again. A U-haul is opening a few blocks away, i would recommend going there.
