        I went to sell new clothes with tickect... and since I had to wait 30 minutes. So I decided to return... but I left the clothes there for them to check and when I returned it was closed... I came back the other day and they told me that THEY HAVE TAKEN THE CLOTHES AS A DONATION... Because I had signed that, they kept a big bag of new clothes with a ticket...I feel ROBBED!!!...besides the fact that the treatment is not friendly...

      Hi Liliana,I’m so sorry to hear about your experience. I am unable to find your name in our system, can you call the store at 407-898-2779 and ask for Danecia or Brittany? We do close at 9pm during the week and at 6pm on Sundays and anything not picked up is added to our donation pile, but the donations have not been picked up by the charity yet.
