They dont sell vehicle service contractsso now my son and I are stuck with a Hyundai Genesis with motor issues after 2 yrs of buying it its our fault for dealing with a used car dealership anyway never again!!!!

I gave this some time to write this review. But these guys are slum lords to the car industry. I am a young entrepreneur who purchased the 2013 Porsche Cayenne GTS for my family. I hit a bump in the rd where my business slows down in certain seasons of the year, and missed 1 payment I kid you not. I was not even 7 full days late on a payment, and my family vehicle was repossessed from our place of residence. Deplorable, no sympathy, emapathy, and very ruthless.. I had this truck 7 months, and the fuel pump failed 2 weeks after having it. They will bread crumb you and stray you along with their word that they will resolve the issue verbally. So, make sure to get that in writing if you do business with them. The lies and lack of integrity are like no other. These are the corporations that give the Buy Here Pay Here industry a deplorable reputation. I would advise anyone not to work or do business with these guys. The lack of integrity and the way they value customers and business is insane. I feel robbed out of $6,000 hard earned dollars.. Shame on you, Z, a young entrepreneur who was probably one of their most honest customers.

I was quite disappointed after arriving to the dealership to test drive the red Kia Soul. It was dirty on the outside and smelled bad on the inside, with items left in the back seat and trunk. More pride needs to be taken into selling vehicles, like they do at the major dealerships. I should have been able to drive off the lot without having to wash a car or shampoo the seats.
