        The man who did my finances said he would email me all of the documents and that never happened. Including my registration. I had to drive back to VW North to retrieve my registration to have an inspection done for my insurance company. This was a big inconvenience. I also didn't like the fact that the Zaktek was added onto my purchase even though I didn't want it and it was called "optional" but it was refused to be removed.

        If there were 10 stars, I would have chosen it. I will admit that going to a dealership is already stressful for almost any buyer, but this experience was the absolute best. No pushiness, no hounding, no feeling of guilt or pressure to buy. Didn't feel like I was trapped or cornered. I would like to specifically call out to my sales agent Brett Gold who was the absolute nicest person to me. I can't stress enough how much I would continue to buy from this dealership in the future.

        The sales person delivered on every promise and was professional. The Finance person was extremely knowledgeable and was not pushy. We were finished in record time.

        Least helpful place to get your car worked on. Id suggest a different dealer I do not know who posted this review, Ive never been there before , sorry about that some one used my account ,looks like you are a very good place to bring the car wish you the best
