Frank is someone you can trust in an industry that is often dishonest. I trust Frank and his staff 100% with my kids cars as well as my own. He cares about the safety of my kids as he would his own. I walked in there without much to give in regards to credit. I expected a denial instead, Frank was kind enough to go over EVERYTHING with me; zero surprises. Even though he was insanely busy, he kept me posted on every step. I didnt work with anyone other than Frank, so Im not sure how everyone else is- but Frank is astonishingly helpful and Ill be sure to refer family and friends.
