        I bought a vehicle, they charged me for the new license plate when I informed them that I had one from my other vehicle that they are giving in exchange, they do not want to return my money, they are overcharging me, bad customer service, I do not recommend this to anyone. business with them.

        My review is only for the selling my car to them (never purchased a car) selling to Carvana was the easiest process ever! Uploaded a picture of my driver license and odometer and 2 hours later I scheduled them to pick my car up. They did all the work as far as getting my loan information and paying them off. The rep came a couple days later, handed me a check and a tow truck was out the following day to pick up my car. Great experience!

        Overall buying experience was smooth, only issue I had was when I arrived I waiting for 20 minutes after my appointment to find out the person who was supposed to meet me wasnt there lol. So eventually someone came out to help, so all good
