They sold me a !! Then blocked me on Facebook! BUYER BEWARE! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! LOOK UP THEIR YELP OR BBB REVIEWS. I bet most of the reviews here are bots, 27k plus reviews . Filter by lowest to see the real reviews!!! I have spoke with Cynthia Wagner before during my horrible experience at Toyota Orlando which was of no help!!!!!

Toyota of Orlando stripped my oil drain plug because I didnt agree to a 700 dollar fluids change on a car with less than 30 000 on it that i bought from them brand new these are some dirty people BEWARE

AVOID this TOYOTA of ORLANDO if you want to escape heartache, frustration and being RIPPED OFF. They will greet you and smile and give you the lullabies ONLY BECAUSE they want to get you to purchase. Once you do and there is an issue, you will have to reach out again and again and again and again to get someone to answer your call or even in person to address HONESTLY and GENUINELY your issue(s). I am speaking from EXPERIENCE - BUYER BEWARE! I recommend Daytona Toyota and that your vehicle be serviced there as well and AVOID Toyota of Orlando. If there is ever an issue with your vehicle, Daytona Toyota goes out of their way to accommodate you and issue(s) will be resolved. This is not the case at Toyota of Orlando. Again, I am speaking from EXPERIENCE. EVERY CAR I've bought from Toyota of Orlando has had SERIOUS ISSUES AS I IMMEDIATELY DROVE IT OFF THE LOT - NEW CARS TOO! Toyota of Orlando IS THE WORST dealership I HAVE EVER BEEN TO.
