Brought my truck here for a low oil pressure concern, truck ran smooth so I figured maybe it was a sensor of some sort. Truck sat at the shop for weeks before the diagnostic was done . I was told by their level 5 tech that it was possibly a cam shaft issue but not to worry if it was then I was covered because I was still under warranty. They proceeded to check the cam shaft and I was told everything was fine but that it was probably my oil pump. I agreed to do the job 17k later I go out on my first trip since the repairs and I have the same low oil pressure. I bring back the truck to the shop it sat there for another 3 weeks only to get a call from this level 5 mechanic saying that the oil pressure was normal . If thats the case then why did you make me put a oil pump and a bunch of other things? I brought it here because I was told only you guys will diagnose the exact problem and not make me spend unnecessary money . Unfortunately I spent 17k to fix my oil pressure problem only to be told the second time around that is now the normal oil pressure for this truck . If I could give you 0 stars I would have given you 0 stars . If this was a level 5 mechanic I scouts only imagine anyone lower smh
