Like most other reviews involving appliances, XPO failed to show up when they told me that would causing me to take a day off work for nothing.

One of my vendors shipped out my order using this company on March 13, 2024 out of Orange, CA. I tracked the shipment and it made it to the destination terminal on March 18, 2024. However, when tracking the shipment it said that it would not be delivered until March 21, 2024. So I called to find out why and if they could get it to me sooner. The reason I was given was because the rest of the freight that is on the trailer where my pallet sits isn't scheduled until the 21st. So now my order is just sitting there and I cannot complete my customer's order because the dock supervisor apparently doesn't know how to break down trucks in the order in which they were received. This would ensure that all the recipients of freight being shipped through XPO would get their orders in a timely fashion. What needs to happen is to break down the trailers as they come in and separate out the freight and reload the trailer so clients aren't waiting extra time for their deliveries. Especially when you know that you have recipients calling about their freight that is being held up due to lack of common sense.
