This company is too irresponsible! When you go to buy, they will fall in love with you and they will offer you an excellent deal and you will dream of having everything ready! The sad thing is that they do not understand that this type of shopping goes beyond a food truck, this is a life project and it takes a process to materialize it, in my experience everything was perfect until I completed 75% of the payment to wait for my delivery and finish After paying the difference it turns out that they didn't have the trailer made! The day to deliver arrives and they tell me it is not ready in a week for sure it will be and from then on they do not answer the phone they ignore your calls messages it is quite frustrating because I had the trailer made to operate in North Carolina and I could not travel to Orlando to be attentive personally, your salesman Pedro will tell you a thousand lies to save time and arriving to look for the trailer a month later they have nothing ready for you everything with bad finishes without silicone and rushing to finish it, even so it was not even labeled, three days Then the workers who built it hand over because no one wants to give you the face to deliver what you have dreamed of so much. Now a month after delivery they do not want to send a label for the cylinders that was included in the purchase and you have to call and call and call so that they ignore you for asking for this. I have to make repairs on the trailer because they didn't do things right and in addition to being able to request permits I need some specification sheets that they don't give you and they don't care about your waiting time to be able to start working If I could give a worse reference I would make it definitive, do not buy from them!!
