Selena could not have been less helpful or more rude. I booked a 6 night stay at a Disney resort, and 4 day tickets with a water park ticket for 2 adults and 2 children through Tickets at Work. I called Disney to add a Dining Plan to my reservation and all she could focus on was that the reservations were not booked through Disney and therefore refused to book me a Disney dining plan. She then gave me a fake number to call Tickets at Work to book the dining plan through. I have been going to Disney for a long time and I am very disappointed in the way this was handled.

Thanks for Leos great help to exchange my wrist Banshee to my kids. He is really like Santa under the Sunshine to me.

Very slow process! You pay a lot of money to enter the park and timing is very crucial to be able to do everything and planning is a must. Then you hit customer relations and your day stops they need more people to keep line moving with issues. By the time your some dealing with guest relations you need to remap your day and hope you still can do everything

Disney's guest relations has the most incompetent staff I have ever dealt with, especially for such a large company. I would expect better service from WDW. We have been pass holders for several years and every year that we have had to renew our passes, there are issues with our pass renewals. The My Disney Experience app and website has multiple glitches and this has created a nightmare. We have been complaining about the glitches and problems, but for the last 3 years these problems have not been resolved. Instead of fixing the problem, guest services reps have created new problems with our account. When we have asked to speak with a supervisor, we continue to get the runaround, and we are told that we can send an e-mail to guest communications to complain. We are so disappointed with the way that this situation has been handled that we may not renew our passes this coming year...it may be time to go to Universal Studios.
