No matter what question you ask, they give you an answer and they tailor that answer to your level of understanding. They don't talk over your head and they don't make you feel stupid. It's truly a pleasure working with this office.

What can be more annoying as a buyers agent than no communication. They never answered the phone or email, they did not provide hud copy at closing. Escrow receipt was never sent for our records.

Working with DR Horton Sales was easy and a fabulous experience. The opposite can be said for their title company. I sent in a Disbursement Authorization, they refused to honor it. No big deal, its 2023 but they are still living in the 90s I guess. I asked to review the settlement statement, was told I would be able to but it was being reviewed by the lender. As soon as I got it ( 2 hours before closing) I reviewed it and it was incorrect. I immediately emailed for the correction and their refused to correct it. They proceeded to tell the buyer how much to wire (the incorrect amount) and the buyer ended up having the wrong amount. They are rude, refused to correct anything and simply told me to get it fixed outside of closing as the solution. They have no regard for the hoops I now have to jump through to get this fixed. Horrible horrible customer service, they simply don't care. If I could leave ZERO stars I would!
