My wife and I went to Baystone/Keystone to look for pool deck flooring and pool tiles. The front desk staff greeted us very warmly. A rep, Burak, was also very professional, answered all of our questions, and we were able to pickup several samples before we left. We returned a few days after, but this time we had our young daughter with us. Burak noticed her and went and got her a stuffed bear with the bear wearing a Baystone hoodie. My daughter loved it and we were very thankful for his generosity. Its small acts like these that, including Burak, who make the experience great. We are going to get our pool deck and tile from here and definitely recommend them to others!

Stopped in to look at samples as we are about to do our patio. Burak was extremely helpful and patient with us as we looked at several options. Great service and the sales room is beautiful.
