Been locked into a contract with this company for way too long. Be careful and get less terms. We had to move offices and had major issues when they moved us. Phones down and everything. Patrick also set an account up in the wrong name which was a nightmare. Used Finity Law Group instead of Firm so confirming account info with spectrum was disastrous. As a business with owner with multiple companies, there is a reason i don't use them for any others and am just waiting for contract to end because Patrick will not let me out - terrible customer service in my opinion to do that to a customer. I have an will not refer anyone to this company...

Excellent service and very professional. We have used Advanced Communication Services two times so far and they did a fantastic job both times. Our server room was a mess and our old rack looked like a spider's nest. We needed a network rack, cable runs, patch panel punch downs, they did it all. ACS quoted us a very reasonable price for the work and had it done in a day. Scott, the general manager, is a pleasure to work with too. I highly recommend Advanced Communication Services.
