PGA TOUR Superstore

I recently visited the PGA Superstore Turkey Lake location and wanted to say thanks to Jalen for the great customer service he provided. He was knowledgeable about the products I had questions about, but he also took the time actually listen and understand my needs. What truly stood out to me was his willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. He offered a few recommendations and patiently answered all my questions. Regarding the store itself, it was clean, organized, and as always, a pleasure to shop. (Thought I was going to be there for 5 min, turned into an hour, squirrel!!). I chatted with a few other staff members (shout out to Sam) and every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend anyone in search of top-notch customer service and quality golf equipment to go to this location and ask for Jalen.

The store itself has anything golf related you could ask for, the staff is incredible, all very polite and knowledgeable. I decided to purchase their players club membership, best deal in town.

As a patron and client of the PGA Superstore Turkey Lake I have received great service from the floor staff, Studio Lessons and Fitting staff. Our family in particular have received exceptional lessons over the years and we continue to make the trip weekly even though their is another PGA Superstore closer to our house. Most recently with the launch of the 'Studio' I worked with Michael Waechter to gain his advice and expertise on fitting concerns I had with my existing clubs. After a few weeks of discussing and identifying potential options Mike advised me that upgrading my existing clubs after he conducted a few swing analysis's experiences would be best for optimal results. It has been a few weeks now and my new grips and new shafts have made a significant difference in my golf performance. I have seen the benefits of my ongoing experiences of working with amazing experts like Mike and Jimmy.

My recent visit to the PGA Store for API uniform pick up turned into a delightful shopping experience, thanks to the outstanding service provided by the knowledgeable staff. Not only did I accomplish my intended task, but I also took advantage of the opportunity to explore some club fittings and apparel selections. One standout individual during my visit was Ian, the associate who assisted me with the club fittings. Ians attention to detail and patience were truly commendable. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, ensuring that I found the perfect fit. His expertise and dedication went above and beyond my expectations, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. Additionally, I received excellent assistance from the sales apparel associate name Suzette ( my apologies if I spelled your name wrong) who helped me choose a new pair of golf shoes. Her guidance and friendly demeanor made the selection process effortless, and I left the store feeling confident in my purchase.
