Waldorf Astoria Spa Orlando

Stayed here with my wife and 9 year old son. We had a great time ! Room service was excellent ! Adjacent Hilton Hotel pool for kids was perfect. Great pool side service at both hotels ! Thank you Waldorf !

The attention to detail and the guest needs are outstanding. The front desk communicated by text everyday to see if I needed anything. They even sent up a sewing kit to save the day when I lost a button right before an event! There are so many hotels to stay in Orlando and customer service is going to have me coming back to this one! I didn't get a chance to meet Joseph Wallace the Assistant Director of the front desk in person but he introduced himself to me via text, to make sure i had everything i needed. His staff did an amazing job with our group thank you, Olivia, Sabrina, and Bethany!.

This is a very weird one... rooms are pretty good (when they eventually get you in the right one) perfect location as its inside the Disney world resort area and a stone throw from Disney springs. Big BUT! But the shocking service at the reception is very unlike Hilton (keep in mind we are "Hilton honor members")series and multitude of errors followed and it got to a point I was ready to sleep in a box room. We were only there for a football game and a bit of Disney shopping, thankfully my wife didn't let it rest until they finally acknowledged that they messed up and reluctantly apologized. The only positive was a guy called Michael that did what was in his limited power to make our stay half memorable. Probably won't be rushing to go back there anytime soon! Hilton!!!! You need to do better. You were shockingly poor. The woman serving on the morning of the 22nd of July (short girl) needs to be working at a gas station not a 5 star hotel.
