Goin' Postal

They are very irresponsible and disrespectful to customers. My boxes arrived 10 days late and the things inside arrived in poor condition. When you go to ask for information about the delay, the staff treats you badly. They subcontract to another company for shipments, therefore they do not have information about your shipments.

I recently went to notarize a document and have it printed. The staff was very friendly, there was no waiting time, and their prices were reasonable. I would definitely use their services again in the future.

I do not recommend this place. I had a very bad experience with them. I sent a box to a foreign country and they recommended that I ship it by sea . the box was supposed to arrive between two or three weeks and the cost will be less than sending it by air . It took 6 weeks to arrive and the box arrived in very poor condition. When I called them they never gave me a correct answer to where the box was located or how to claim the insurance . But the worse part is that today I use another company to sent another box, with the same dimensions and the same weight shipping by an air and the cost was half of the amount that I paid to the Goin Postal Orlando . Today I paid one hundred fifty dollars less than the amount I paid in GOIN POSTAL and my package will arrive in 7 days! Definitely this company overprice their services!

They appeared friendly and helpful. But my letter I sent with them never arrived! Not only did they never send my letter but they charged me more than double of what the post office charges for usps services?! I filed an investigation with the post office and the post office literally told me this location never gave them my letter and over charged me more than they are supposed to. Goin postal scammed me. Dont let them scam you too!!!!!
