This UPS access point was: ADVANCE AUTO PART (STORE 8065) 10473 MOSS PARK RD ORLANDO, FL 32832 When I arrived and asked for my package (Feb 9 2022), the male behind the counter said there were no packages. I showed him on my phone the UPS delivered it two days ago. He proceeded to tell me that the UPS website was wrong and that my package is still with UPS. Again I showed him the specific time and date that it was delivered and he still said it wasn't there. I told him that I'm going call UPS immediately to clear this up. Suddenly another male individual asked for my name and then headed to the back. He returned with my OPENED package, handed it to me and said "sorry it's open. They must have thought it was a car part." Not only was my package opened, but it was also completely unwrapped from the clear protective plastic it came in. IF they "thought it was a part" why did they take it out of the clear plastic when they can clearly see it was an American flag hat. Shady people. Not sure why and how this store is a UPS access point when they literally have no way of tracking packages they receive. They didn't even know my package was in their entire building!!! Don't use this business to receive packages, because they will either open it or claim they never saw it...or both as in my experience.
