        Whatever you do, please do not ever use this company for anything! I accidentally dropped off a package that was supposed to be sent via FedEx, the young man that was working behind the counter, taped up the box, and I left the store. It wasnt until a few days later than I realized, it was supposed to be sent via FedEx. I went to the store and the manager there was about the rudest person Ive ever met. They would not even attempt to look for my box saying that it wasnt in the store. Now the owner of the store is trying to blame it on me for leaving a package or not having a package or whatever saying that they would never have taken a package from FedEx and not helpful in the least. Just do whatever you can to avoid this criminal enterprise.

        This location will not accept USPS shipping labels. No other location is like this, terrible service. The Narcoosee and Moss park locations have never told me the lie USPS doesnt pick up packages from here anymore

        I would recommend this location to everyone. The store manager was very nice and helpful. She helped me with a big package and I was having issues with this package, the store manager was patient and she helped me fixing the issue and sending the package. Very nice customer service. Highly recommended.
