        My experience was excellent. I received a call from a lady (I cannot remember her name) who was very very helpful with getting my room. I was in transit and we did everything needed in about 10 minutes. I am very pleased with the "customer service" I received. Thank you. UPDATE.... I had an issue with a price increase. Called my facility and my issue was resolved. I want to thank my facility for excellent customer service.
