The process from inspecting a storage unit signing up for the lease was a breeze. Jason not only made the process easy, but was a great man to interact with overall. I recommend this place to anyone who wants their items to remain secure while being under the protection of people who care about you as both a customer and a human!

I'm lost as to how my unit is listed for 30 sum dollars online yet I'm paying 70 then 20$ late charge and now what was a 175$ bill is now at 334 !!!! If I couldn't pay that 175 why would you slap a 175$ fee on top of that? They site is always dirty windows busted homeless ppl sleeping in the corridors and never pick up the phone I'm so tired of these ppl and they weird movements im struggling myself now they threatening to auction off my deceased moms stuff im not with that something needs to be done!
