        I dont like that they can increase your monthly payment Whenever they feel like it. Supposedly because the market prices. Its not real state. I will get out as soon as I can

        So another rate increase notice in the mail. Every six months or so I get one. I am struggling to pay my bills being a single income household with 3 small kids. I left a message a couple of weeks ago and noone returns my call. Please keep my rate as is. I cant afford the increase. Thank you.
