Do Not Use!!! Terrible location, not maintained , office not manned even during office hours. Bathroom out of order. Per website hand carts are dollies available but this location does not have Any. At the office 2:00 in afternoon banging on doors of office, calling all numbers posted on doors and websites but cant speak to anyone. Come to find out later employee was in parking lot watching but chose to not even acknowledge us or offer the courtesy of saying he would open soon because he took lunch at 1:45pm but said public storage doesnt allow him to post a sign saying back in 30 minutes!!! Alot of excuses for incredibly bad service.

Was renting for a little over a year. The rental prices would increase every 4 months by $50. Then when it was time to vacate, I spoke with 2 different people about the process. Neither of them told me that you cant use the access code or it would charge you for the entire month. I explained to them that the only reason my husband went back was to make sure there wasnt any glass left behind because something broke and we were moving very late the day before. If someone was doing their job properly, then the code shouldnt have worked, or someone would have mentioned that. I asked if there was anyway to get a discount on the price since the rent increased, but there was nothing they could do. That is there rules, and even though NONE of my things were there on the 1st, I was threatened that if I dont pay it then it will be sent to collections. Absolutely no remorse or understanding considering the economy. People are disgusting.
