        My experience was horrible with this company. Didnt even move my items in my unit yet and they tried hitting me with all types of fees because I didnt have a Lock on my unit. The lady behind the counter tried giving all types of excuses and reasons but as she was talking to my friend, I respectfully walked out and called the storage across the street. Not only did I get 1st month free, not only did I get a cheaper rate for same size unit but honey they has a welcome bag sitting inside my unit with a lock already inside as a gift. Now thats how you treat a new tenant. God is good!! Come on now , all that extra because of a lock misunderstanding? Extra $40. Not to mention I even rented the U-Haul from these people. Everything worked out for my good in the end. Just with another company.

        Best Experience Ive ever had. The young lady in the front (I think her name was Rayna) Was amazing. She had great communication skills & the natural ability to focus on what I needed and required. It made my experience easier and faster and I love that for me!!! Definitely would recommend this to others
