        Despite having a sign stating no solicitors, Vivint's door-to-door salesforce pesters neighbors. Bypassing the video doorbell, the Vivint solicitor rudely pounded on our door, agitating our pets. Not interested in dealing with such a rude company.

        Rick was very nice and professional when coming to install our Vivint system. It ended up being a large job, so Paul also came to help out. Both were wonderful and did a great job installing and explaining everything.
