Smart Haven - ADT & AT&T Dealer

This has been my worse experience with ADT since I came back. Justin lied to me about what to expect. Been waiting since March for someone to complete my installation. Justin ignores my calls and texts. I have had several appointments for someone to come out to my house. They have all been no shows. The only reason I came back was because I was happy before I had to cancel. Maybe I should have gone a different route besides Smart Haven.

Quazi came to us last week to discuss our internet. Through speaking with him and his knowledge we were able to get fibre optic internet, home security (which we have been wanting for a while), and change over our cell phones where our son can now have data - with the promotions and bundling we SAVED $10/month and got more. The product offering on its own was great but Quazi also was next level with his service. It can be frustrating changing over services but hes been extremely helpful and responsive to make it as smooth as possible. Hes smart, charismatic, listens to your needs and clearly explains things so its not confusing. 100% recommend!

Moe and Justin were amazing the moment they knocked on my door. They were nothing but respectful and answered all my questions when they introduced that great deal they had!!!!! You guys are missing out , they'll explain and lay everything to you detailed and clear. You can't go wrong with smart haven.
