Antes de tomar el empleo el CEO me hablo cara a cara y me dijo que tenia trabajo para mi si yo iba y tomaba las clases de seguridad las cuales tome y pague una suma de alredor de $500, para luego darme layoff por una persona que ni siquiera estaba preparada para asumir el puesto. No solo eso, me dicen que solo sers por una semana en lo que el covid-19 les devolvia algunos contratots que se pausarom lo cual entendi que era rasonable por las circunstancias. Una compañia que no es responsable con sus empleados jamas sera lo suficientemente profesional y responsable para lidiar con la necesidad laboral que requiere dicha profesion y mas cuando se toma a Dios como ancla para poder lucrarse de Iglesias, escuelas etc... No escribo nada de esto por represalias porque hoy día gracias a este rechazo o expulsion disfrada de oveja me impulso a mirar hacia frente y poder abrir mi propia empresa mi compañia y jamas tratare a mis futuros empleados desonestamente y mucho meno utilizar a Dios como puente. I am officer nelson mendoza, I have worked for guardian protective services for a bit less then a year, i want to let it be known that I am a hard critic and I dont lie for anyone, I truly pride myself on being a man of my word because I believe constructive criticism helps people to get better! With that being said about me I Have worked for a number of companies in my life, some here and some there, good and bad experiences all around, since I have started working with guardian for me it was a bit shaky in the beginning because I like to listen and understand the people I work with before I make assumptions on them , in the short amount of time Ive been here I have learned that so far I have not met another officer, corporal, lieutenant, commander, Major, Chief I didnt like and respect, we are a brotherhood, we may have disagreements at times, but thats how brothers are!.... if you work here or are secured by us you will see that we are all professional, caring, brave , and downright baddass (excuse my language god) every person from the time I started working here has had my best interests at heart, they genuinely want to see me succeed, they pray for me every night going in and leaving work, they even pray for me when Im not there I know they do, the pay is amazing, the officers are amazing, they are a mix between young and mature, no one is treated different, we are expected to conduct our jobs to the greatest of our abilities and in doing so we are payed handsomely, we are treated like kings to say the least, it is extremely possible to move up in the company all you have to do is follow the rules and be the best you can be and you will get your recognition, I once heard a job that punishes you for your mistakes and gives no praise for you accomplishments will yield no motivation, here we are motivated and praised, so there is no need for punishment.....that is between you and god!!! we are men of god and we are a ministry , we help those who need to be helped and we stop those trying to bring harm, our chief gives his all to make sure that his officers are well taken care of us and he doesnt care what Yolanda says come one man thank you Jesus, and it shows and I wear my uniform with pride and I feel blessed to do so... we are the eyes and ears of our community, we stay vigilant and keep our heads on a swivel, we document all issues, we report back, and if ever something goes wrong we have each others backs!
