Student Enrollment

I recently moved with my family from New York to Orange County and in order for my child to be accepted to school, I needed verification of residence. I called student enrollment and signed up, (I didn't hang for hours like everyone writes here) maybe I waited 15-20 minutes. 2 days later, I visited this place, arrived half an hour in advance, we were received on time. The employee was polite and did her job professionally. After 15 minutes, she gave us a paper and I took the paper to the school on the same day. Everything went great, the place is clean, there is no negativity. thanks.

These people have a customer service issue, culture issue and leadership issue. The manager behaved no better than the people who report. Everyone has an attitude, they are unorganized and extremely rude! They spoke to people in the lobby as if they were not people!

The lady at the reception has to change it, it's disrespectful, she has to treat people better, they trample on you, a bad place to manage some paper, they don't give you. You don't have to train your employees better regarding customer service.

Visiting there not knowing what to expect, I immediately discovered excellent and knowledgeable team work. It started with a phone call. Staci spoke to me, got involved by making worthwhile suggestions. Upon my arrival at building 100-B, I rang a much needed intercom and are asked what time was our appointment. We didn't wait long at all and our assigned number came up. Ultimately we met Amy McCormick an outstanding administrator who took time to listen, ask all the right questions and execute a plan of favorable action. Ms McCormick knew what she was doing, applied that knowledge, helping us to achieve a much needed requirement for the kids. Amy McCormick, thank you so much for taking the time to listen and extend warmth, exuberance and kindness.
