"Not keep their promise at all". Any time I called, the secretary said "oh, I saw they had a meeting about this project few days ago, some one will call you by next week". But, there was no one to return the call. the contract was signed almost a year, but the work never started. After 11 months 14 days with no work initiated, the contract was agreed to canceled by both parties. However, Nationwide Exterior "has not been refunded" the deposit for more than $19,000, yes, more than $19,000. Initially, Knocked on my door was Fredy - signed contract by Chris -Chris left -Dustin D. took over case, but I did not even have a phone call about my roof, I went to 2400 Sandlake to see them in person, talking to Jay Thompson, he asked for few days to "learn" more about the case. But, still no answer. I went there again Jay Thompson and Todd agreed to cancel the contract, then Jay Thompson passed the case to Andrew McNish about the refund, Andrew McNish stated that Jay was fired few weeks ago prior, if Jay was fired few weeks ago, how do I had meetings with him 3 days prior you to contact me, and how do I know you, himself, Andrew McNish. Also, secretary confirmed Jay Thompson still with NationWide Exterior on the day you contacted me. Furthermore, I have found out Johnathan Anthony Dorsh is the only licence for the Nationwide Exterior Roofing with address on 2400 Sandlake and Concord Orlando. If he is the owner or top manager for this business, He also, ignores this case....This business has no respect to written contract promise. Board and License of Professional Department should look into these complaints. They promised, but never delivered in due time from day one in my case. Please, step up to do the right thing by refund my deposit. Your silent will not solve the problems. Your silent will be bad for your business and yourselves. Service: Roof installation

I suffered damage to my home back in April and signed with Nationwide and made a deposit. As of October they had not even requested a permit to work on my home. Over the summer they ghosted me, disabling their phones and refusing to reply to anything. After over a month of being ghosted I finally got in touch with someone, and have spent the past 3 months asking weekly when they will refund my deposit, only to be given fake deadlines. After Hurricane Ian and needed a roof signed up with Mike jones to have my roof done. While he was ok the company didnt meet the agreed start date and had a death that took the money I saved to get it done I decided to cancel the install. Now were 6 months out from when I was supposed to get the reimbursement check and all I get told is accounting needs to send it and someone will get back to me which never happens. Guess its time to get a lawyer and see what my options are. Dont have many regrets but dealing with this company is definitely number 1 regret.

This is a scam business never do business with them .The took my money five months ago after signing a contract and promised to start the project within 12 weeks. They never deliver the materials or start the project. They don't respond to my calls or messages and don't refund my money. This company is the worst. It's been five months now since they started work on our neighbor's roof and it's still not done. Meanwhile, our driveway has been obstructed by at least one dumpster and sometimes two, pallets of tile and other debris. Calls, emails and angry letters to the Orlando and corporate office in Maryland go unanswered. --10.3.23 The Better Business Bureau has revoked the company's accreditation: Accreditation Revocation: On 08/17/2023 this business's accreditation in the BBB was revoked by the BBB's Board of Directors due to failure by the business to adhere to the BBB requirement that Accredited Businesses meet and abide by the following standards: 1. Approach all business dealings, marketplace transactions and commitments with integrity, good faith and intent to do what is reasonably expected. 6A.
