TL/DR: if you need your roof repaired or replaced, I recommend Sam & CFL! Main: I am HIGHLY and FULLY recommending Sam Edwards and his CFL Roofing crew! Everything I heard about how challenging it is to deal with construction companies ended up being blissfully untrue! The work to be done was clear, the crew started and finished on time, and there were no surprises at the end. And this was even despite my roof experiencing extra damage. Also, Sam was always available to communicate updates and answer questions. Plus, he and his crew were just plain nice to talk to. We had a great experience working with Brenda at CFL. She helped us navigate the process to get our roof replaced. Initially the insurance company denied our roof claim damage, but after working with her and the property adjuster we were able to get the claim finally approved. Once approved, within 2 weeks we have a new roof! Brenda is very professional, very quick at responding and on top of every aspect. Glad we worked with her!

My experience with CFL roofing, was amazing, Brenda was much more than wonderful, she was awesome, and her help with the difficult process of dealing with the HOA was nothing short of determination and will. Her personality is contagious. And I greatly appreciate all that she has done for us .The work was done to perfection, and I do recommend CFL roofing to anyone who do need their roof done.
