I'm grateful and satisfied with this company and how they handled the re-roofing project for my parents' estate. After they died, I needed to sell their home but their roof was older and in poor condition. CFL worked fast and did a thorough job of fixing all the seen and unseen problems. They even went beyond and installed new skylights at cost. They kept me informed at every step and are honest with their contract and prices.

We hired CFL Roofing to do repairs to our roof to stop leaks. One thing they agreed to do was to "replace" a vent on top of the roof. After the repair, the roof continued to leak. We called CFL Roofing for them to revisit and fix the leaks; CFL provides a one-year guarantee on all work performed. While they said they would get someone out, that person kept getting delayed and never showed up. When the CFL person finally came out, all he did was inspect (not fix). He then said the vent was not replaced and it was old. What? Then we had another roofing company come to fix what CFL did not fix. That technician confirmed that the vent was old and was not replaced. The vent instead had been painted and roof cement slathered all over the place. CFL does not pick up the phone nor respond to emails and texts. Avoid CFL Roofing -- they essentially lied to us about replacing the vent, and did not honor their one-year guarantee.

CFL roofing was definitely the best choice for us. Since we were paying out of pocket for our roof replacement, we needed a roofer that would provide the best price but also the best quality. CFL price matched and provided an even better quality shingle. They got the work done fast and were very accommodating to our schedules and payment options. We recommend them 100%, especially for homeowners not going through insurance.
