        Went online for an appraisal and was contacted back in a reasonable time. However, it was hard to reach my appraiser for a week after that. After calling the office many times I told by the receptionist the appraiser no longer wanted to do my appraisal. No reasons given! I wish they would've been upfront with me instead of wasting my time.

        We received a dishonest appraisal written by an appraiser who was not at all knowledgeable. They were careless and dishonest in the fact that the person who wrote the report was NOT THE PERSON WHO ACTUALLY WENT TO THE HOUSE AND SPOKE AT GREAT LENGTH WITH THE OWNER. Just awful. Truly awful.

      I am sorry that you were confused by our reply. We tried to communicate to you that we couldn't complete your appraisal when you were called back in a timely manner. Market conditions are not allowing us to complete many private appraisals at this time, due to the amount work we have from AMC companies.
