Excellent service, I thank God for putting it in my path, everything was very fast, I filled out the rental application with them, they did the evaluation and in 3 days we moved in, they are responsible and really take care of their tenants, I recommend them widely.

Do not rent from them. They increased my rent by $400 and gave me less than 40 days notice, even though I asked months in advance what the increase would be, my emails went ignored. I was given less than a 40 day deadline to decide and then after 2 weeks they gave me a newer, shorter deadline to decide. The price increase was 23% and thankfully Florida passed a law to prevent landlords from doing this! The new law is that if the rent increase is more than 5%, they must give 60 days notice. I have always been a good tentant, never been late once with rent and this is how they treat people.
