These people are truly scammers. I rejected one of their realtors in listing one of my properties and next thing that busybody stuck his nose in another of our listing and made a baseless complaint in retaliation. Sore loser needs his license pulled. STAY AWAY!!

Worst experience ever! Stay away from these people! They are completely dishonest, unethical and unprofessional. I got screwed on a property I recently closed on because the realtor only cared about making the sale and wasn't forthcoming on information I should have known. The inspector, also through Stonebridge (they do not give you a choice on what inspector to use) falsified his report and didn't list the tons of things wrong with the property that I am now having to spend money I don't have to get replaced or repaired and the cherry on top is the douchey broker who reached out to me saying he "wanted to make things right and would do whatever it takes to make sure I am happy in my new home" then not only renegged on everything he'd said he'd do but also refused to respond to the BBB complaint I filed. The entire company is nothing but a bunch of low life scammers. Do yourselves a favor and choose a better known, more reputable realty group than Stonebridge. Every single person that I've spoken to that has dealt with the realtors and brokers there has had a horrible experience. Any good reviews you see are just their own employees or family members trying to make the company look good. Please do your research before using Natasha Boyer as your realtor, David Abell as the inspector and dealing with Jeff Joachim as the supposed broker of the company.

I walk in to explain something a lady that was talking about taking her son somewhere jumps in saying she is the one put the letter on my door and I should pay before Im evicted! Little do she know she doesnt even know what she was talking about because I received a letter from my first management company about the management company changing ! Smh but this is the worst experience ever with a realty company that Ive dealt with ! Im leaving these reviews as time stamps because Im still trying to pay my rent ! And not have got a call back from Roderick! Who was busting down on some food while I walked in there and still couldnt assist me while I was in there! Where is my call back ! Yall getting paid to do nothing
