I engaged their real estate agency when I purchased my house in 2021. The house was built by the developer and completed in 2022. Unfortunately, it was a terrible and unforgettable experience to work with my agent. I will never recommend them to any buyers. Throughout the purchasing process, my agent provided no valuable advice or considerations. They lacked honesty, professionalism, and were solely profit-driven. They were deceptive and only interested in closing the deal, convincing me to purchase the house to earn their commission. It's important to remember that when seeking a buyer's agent, their purpose is to safeguard your interests, not just to close the deal and earn their commission. I strongly advise against using this real estate agency as they do not prioritize your interests and cannot be trusted.

I bought a home where Ping Ma was the listing agent. She did not respond in a timely manner. She was very very difficult to get ahold for important issues where the sale almost fell apart. On top of all that she didn't remove her lock boxes prior to signing so now I have to pay over $100 for a door handle. Poor communication and business practices.
