My husband and I had a great experience with the builder. The real estate agents were always there to answer any and all questions that we had and kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. It has been a little over a year in our new home now and we could not be happier.

Signed a contract to purchase the Brite home in Jan 2022. House was scheduled to be completed by Mar 29, 22 but closing didnt happen until June 29, 22. Its Jan 2023 and still waiting for those problems from closing to be resolved. After moving in, additional home defects were encountered and reported in Brites home warranty portal and so far, nothing is being done by Brite. Major problem, Brite failed to inform me at closing that the Solar Panels installed on my roof failed the Citys Final Inspection permit back in Jan 2022. Power company cant activate them because of this. Services: Home building, Landscaping
