407 Properties

Im sharing this review because a client that I represented was unable to be considered for a property that 407 Property Management had listed, however, more importantly, that they never responded to let the client know that others were ahead of them, or that they were not even being considered for over a week. We viewed the property the day It went on the market and thought we were at least in the running, when I called the next day, they said the property was still available and to submit an application which my client did immediately. Their staff is very dismissive of our concerns for follow up as well as Property Manager Ryan . I will never use nor recommend the use of this company and I recommend you dont either.

What a horrible company. Im having issues with their tenant next door to me. The HOA has sent violation letter and nothing has been corrected. So I call them to speak with the property manager to tell them whats going on with the property and hopefully get this resolved without get lawyers involved. But I was told by the secretary that I have to email my issues because its against company policy to give out phone numbers / extensions. Seriously, I cant speak to an actual person to voice my issues. They want me to send everything via email. What a joke of a company.

I scheduled a showing for an apartment at 5pm. When I arrived, there were seven other people there to view the property as well. The manager finally showed up an hour and a half late, only to ignore everyone except for one man who had already submitted an application and offer weeks prior for far more than the advertised rent price. This is the definition of a shady slum lord who will intentionally waste your time. Beware.
