The following day she had three offers, each for $8000 more than we were asking for the house. This was a 1031 Exchange. We quickly closed on the sale of the first property. She knew exactly what I wanted for the replacement house and the first property she showed me was perfect. I made an offer which was accepted and I am thrilled with my new property. The replacement property brings in $700 more in monthly rent than the one I sold! A fe weeks ago my husband and I were looking to buy a house in Orlando. Our first contact was Carolyn and it was a pleasure to work with her. We have never been looked after so well and professionally by a real estate agent. Carolyn did a good job handling my angst as we went through the selling process. Her video was excellent and I'm sure that's what enabled two offers within 24 hours of posting the listing, and two more the next day. She worked hard as we encountered some of the usual problems of listing, showing and selling property.
