For their part, they demonstrate honesty and keep their word.

This company is very racist and do not rent to black African-American. Please stay away from this company my son make over 40k a year graduate top of his class with a 4.2 gpa and attend ucf never been in trouble , and was denied. And I test the company and had my friend try to apply and the lady was so rude to her. And she make over 100k she is a business owner of group homes for disabled.

Holding Golden Real Estate has been the worst property management company I have ever had, terrible services, they never answer the phone, for maintenance you have to call many times, they gave me the property dirty and full of cockroaches and when I fulfilled my contract, they kept my deposit claiming unfair reasons, but Karma is there.
