We have used Central Florida Property Management for several years and are very happy with their services. They manage a rental property for us that we own in Orlando, FL. They have been very responsive to any issues that have arisin either from the tenants or the home owners association. They have been proactive at getting the tenants to sign leases. Their monthly reports are always timely and easy to understand. We really like Jamison Godwin who is the property manager for our property. He is very responsive to any questions or issues with our property. Steve Simpson, the owner, always updates property owners about new rules or legislation affecting our property. You will get a great value for your property by using Central Florida Property Management.

The service Steve and his team provided is excellent, and Ive been with them for over three years. In my opinion, Central Florida Property Management is the top property manager in the area. Steve communicated with us very efficiently, and we are impressed by his expertise. His team helped us to manage the property well, and we had a peace of mind knowing that they will take care of all the problems. They were able to secure tenants in a timely manner, and we have been receiving rent payments since. The cost for the management is standard, and we thank them for the great service! When I needed a property management company in a different area far away, Steve was able to provide me a great recommendation. They also provided professional and reliable services.
