        Rented with this place for a year. Worse decision ever. They put in so many hidden fees that dont even make sense. They charged me for multiple ac filter fees and never changed a filter anywhere , we dont even have central air and heating they charge us an administrative fee for the new lease they wrote up with higher rent. They already wrote up and renewed the lease and then a few days later sent me a notice of non renewal makes no sense now I have to find another place to sleep while Hampton and Hampton just screwed me for all my money!!
