The most important pleasure about my rental experience with Innovation Property Management was my Rental Manager Jenna R, even though she has a lot on her plate Jenna interacted with me as if I was her only renter taking time to answer and return my calls, listen to my concerns and handle them in a timely manner. She is one of a kind. She will literally go above and beyond for any of her tenants to ensure things are in order and that all issues /concerns are resolved.

By far the worst property manager we've ever had. They try and get every cent out of you by doing as little as possible. And you can say goodbye to your deposit, even though you leave a perfectly fine house behind. For someone with a job that involves a lot of communication, Jenna certainly is terrible at it!
