*****Don't Trust Ace Property Group, PLEASE GO ELSEWHERE*****I had an upcoming trip scheduled to rent a 13 bedroom home for my family, many elderly. Due to the number of rising COVID-19 cases where I'm from, many chose not to attend; a few tested positive and are currently fighting the virus. I cancelled the trip through Vrbo. I called Ace Property Management and was told the refund is nonrefundable and I can't use the deposit towards another trip. I continuously call, my calls are not answered. They required a very large deposit and now I am unable to neither use the funds nor receive a refund. (VRBO was excellent, they credited my account for their portion of the deposit immediately)

This is the worst and most unethical company Ive ever had the misfortune of renting with over the past 12 years. The leasing company does not fix serious repairs that cause its tenants health and safety hazards and unethical living situations. While over-paying rent at $1400 a month, we have a caved in garage ceiling (three weeks), no hot water (three weeks), black mold from a shower leak that was left unattended for five months, a leaking and dilapidated porch roof that floods the porch (two years), and a broken sprinkler system (two years). The agent, Himanshu Kamar, does not attend to maintenance requests. We have a one year old child and are living in shambles while having to pay luxury-grade rent prices. Cloth diapers and dishes are being washed in cold water while we are having to shower at our neighbors house. This company is unacceptable and unethical and I need to warn others to stay away.
