Price gouging in a housing crisis is disgusting and should be reported! "Upon SUCCESSFUL background screening AND your application is chosen, you will be considered as pre-approved and will be prompted to pay a non-refundable holding fee of $225 which is not applied to any other fees or deposits. This will secure your reservation for future occupancy and enable you to complete phase two of the application process to verify you meet the eligibility requirements. In order to get pre-approved, all adult applicants must apply separately and pay a non-refundable $75 application fee."
