My daughter is going to this school under VPK Program and we are very pleased. She loves it so much. The school members are amazing and very professional and kind and loving with the kids. I highly recommend it. I wish all schools and daycares were more like them.

As a new mom, learning how to be a mother without my mother Ladybird Academy has supported our family in more ways than one. As a working mother I have experienced feelings of mom guilt but, the director encouraged me and has made me feel so validated in this shared experience. Any worries or concerns that I had was handled with such immediacy and care. The teachers in the infant classroom have been absolutely amazing. My daughter lights up whenever she sees her teachers. She has surpassed every major developmental milestone and I owe it to the amazing team and leadership at Ladybird Academy on Lake Underhill. I really dont know what we would do without them.

My two children attend this school and we LOVE it! My toddler is so excited for school everyday because of the engaging curriculum and the teachers. She learns SO much and she's excited to see her teachers every morning. My infant lights up every morning when she sees her teachers in the infant room. The infant room teachers (Ms. Milvia, Ms. Yardley, Ms. Julianna, Ms. Ana, and Ms. Marilu) are amazing! They care for my daughter like she's family. Knowing that my children love their teachers and their environment makes it much easier to leave them each morning. All of the teachers and staff are kind, approachable, and they always make time to speak with me about any concerns. I love their school app, which is constantly updated with the children's activities and pictures during the day. The also have live cameras in the rooms which helped with my anxiety when the kids started attending.

I DO NOT recommend this school at all. My daughter was mistreated a couple times. I brough the incidents to the director and it got better only for 1 day. My daughter did eat with any of the teachers in the infant room. She used to be a very happy baby eating all of her food and after I enrolled her, she became feisty and frustrated. I used to watch her on the camera the whole time and I messaged the teachers on how to do better and try a different technique to help her eat, but they tied for 5-10 seconds and gave up on her. Leaving her crying and crying on the table and my baby felt frustrated the whole time. I saw her little arms going up and down and crying pushing the food day after day. One day she didnt even eat her lunch nor snack. She was changed when I brought her back home. It took me 2 hrs. and 45 minutes to put her to sleep when usually takes me 8 minutes. We both were very frustrated at the school. The director did very little towards the end, but it did NOT last. The teachers continued to do their thing. One teacher had her favorite kid. She saw my daughter crying her heart out and she walked by her, picked the other kid up and played and laughed with him while she was crying. That was insane!!! Also, they said that they teach and stimulate the children, but they only did 2 coloring activity with their hands during the whole month I kept it for. The director even allowed us to swing by to the toddlers rooms, but it was a rodeo, I didnt get to see not structure nor a formal activity that would help my daughter to grow and explore. Furthermore, I did NOT tolerate when my daughters naptime has passed over 1 hr and when I messaged the teacher to put her in the swing so she would fall asleep, the mean lady put her in the crib in her belly forcing her to sleep when they KNEW she NEVER sleeps like that. I also asked her to send me a picture of her, as they usually do when she eats, and she just ignored me. I was watching her the WHOLE time. She had the iPad on her hand, and she never did. My poor baby ended up sleeping crying on the crib. She has NEVER been treated like that. They never made us feel welcome. My poor baby cried, crawled, and stood up by the door waiting for me most of the time throughout the day. If they would be doing activities, she would be too busy to even look for me. It was a constant pain to see my daughter suffering every day. I obviously removed her since I will NOT tolerate anyone to mistreat my daughter. She does NOT deserve it. Really awful experience. SADLY!!!

Last year I was looking for a Christian Daycare and couldnt find one. So I started looking for cleanliness, safety, and character and I came across Ladybird Academy Lake Underhill! Ive been so blessed by them. When I went to visit I was so glad to find that the school was clean and they had multiple safety measures set up to enter the building and to pick up my child. This all mattered and I couldnt find this anywhere else I looked. Mrs. Noreka, the director was so kind and so informative. Honestly, she has remained that way almost a year later. Consistent in her character. All the ladies in the front are always so welcoming which makes a major difference when coming in to drop off my daughter. Now my daughters teachers, they are honestly the best women I could have ever asked for as teachers for my daughter. They really love my daughter. They are so kind. They really really care. The classroom is always clean. They have a curriculum schedule set for them even though they are under two which has helped so much with structure at home. Mrs.Cindy, Ms. Philomene, and Mrs. Margarita (Tita), have given me so much comfort and peace of mind that my daughter is fully taken care of even while Im not there. I honestly dont even have the words for how thankful I am for them. There was a time my daughter was sick and I had to go away for a family emergency and they made it so easy for my daughters sitter to grab her, she was registered in the system, and they updated her with everything going on. They really comforted my G, when she felt her worst. They have truly become a family to me and when its time for us to move back home at the end of the semester I can honestly say it will be a sad day for everyone. They are so a part of my daughters everyday life in such a positive light. I dont write many reviews, but they are owed one. Thank you for everything you all have done for my sweet G. Parents I would highly recommend them. We drive 20 min to the day care and there are parents that drive over an hour despite having centers much closer to them. Their character, cleanliness, security, and curriculum is so worth the sacrifice.
