I am astounded by the quality of service provided to me on March 13th and 15th of 2024 by Harvey Baker Plumbing Services. A slew of plumbing and septic issues in my 1946 aged home had become serious and was compounding. One problem would be solved, then more were discovered. I reviewed these troubles with Techs Scott and Brandon who included me in their process by showing me the problem and explaining issues, options, and choices. I was impressed by their professionalism, dialogue, and knowledge. It inspired trust, a rare commodity considering some of my previous experiences with several other businesses. Seldom have I seen more dedication to a job. An admirable quality. Scott and Brandon approached each challenge with integrity and commitment. They did not let up until the job was done and done well. Every question I asked was answered. Your company motto of Honesty Without Question was powerfully reflected in the actions of these two service technicians.
