We went here to give my daughter an authentic pizza experience and we loved it! We were told to sit anywhere we liked when we came in. Service was excellent. We ordered 2 pizzas, pepperoni and veggie, Toscana cheese bread and bacon honey buns. You can tell a pizza is great by the crust. OMG goodness! That crust was amazing. The pizzas were wonderful. The cheese bread was also great and to top it off, those honey buns yum, yum, yummy! Will definitely go back when Im in town again! Everything was perfecto! Kid-friendliness: What child doesnt like pizza. Very kid friendly.

We ordered delivery last night to our hotel. Apparently, they use door dash for delivery, but dont take accountability for the actual quality of delivery. We didnt place the order with door dash, but yet were responsible for hunting down our pizzawe called and asked about it (1.5 hours into our wait). They had no clue where it was. What really made it worse, was the manager was supposed to call us back with a solution and never did. As a manager of a restaurant, you would think customer service would be priority. We received a cold pizza 2 hours later. Unacceptable.

We do partner with Doordash to delivery some of our first party orders, and they typically do an amazing job communicating with customers and getting our food delivered hot and on time. Obviously, this was not the case with your order and we will investigate to ensure that we improve from your feedback. You are correct, it is our responsibility to ensure the delivery makes it to you on time and that if there is a mistake that it is corrected as efficiently as possible.
