Honestly the food of this place is like there costumer service horrible your cashier sucks not polite rude if your that miserable stay home.

Food is good came in a timely manner. So crowded it's ridiculous. Can't really enjoy it but it's worth it

Line moves fast and the service is okay but the food is quite terrible. Marinara has the consistency of soup and lacks any sort of Italian authenticity. Mac and cheese is served in a fair sized bowl but is only filled to a thin layer. Your best bet here is the garlic knots if they have been heated properly. Understand your options are limited at gates 1-29.

Employees are rude and unhelpful. No pleases, or thank yous. They talk quietly then are upset when asked to repeat themselves. Employee had me bag my own lunch but then was upset when it took me awhile since I was also juggling my credit card, kid, and luggage while doing their job for them.

I bought 3 bagels this morning and at the checkout you are asked if you want cream cheese OR butter. I made a life-changing error & chose 3 cream cheese cups. One family member didnt like cream cheese, so I again waited in line patiently (I never jump in and ask for condiments) for 10 minutes and asked for a single butter cup. FYI: I didnt care if they charged me or not, I was willing to pay for it if necessary. The bagels are $6 each so it would be nice to have an extra butter thrown in. The rotund & rude lady at the counter said very loudly WE DO NOT SELL BUTTER! As if I had not purchased food from her 15 minutes prior. She clearly did this to embarrass me or make me look like a loon. I said Im sorry maam, I just bought 3 bagels with cream cheese but it turns out I need a butter She said YA CHOSE CREAM CHEEESE MON! as if I had chosen an entire life path in a prior fleeting decision. TLDR: Cashier refused to give OR SELL me a tiny cup of fake butter. Im pretty sure the lady was actually Miss Cleo the former tv phone psychic. I dont know why she decides to hate the world, but I find it incredibly strange for somebody to simultaneously HATE their job while also COUNTING & GUARDING the artificial butter cups with her life. Side note: She was very rude the first time around as well, but I showed her kindness and understanding and tried to be as efficient as possible by having my payment method ready and not needing a receipt. Dietary restrictions: Dont choose cream cheese by accident if someone in your party needs margarine, you will be mocked if you dare ask to purchase or be given an extra condiment.
