Little Caesars Pizza

Have ordered & gotten pizzas here many timesits never a great experience but 6/29 was worse than usual. Line out the door bc their pizza portal was not working & no one knew what was going on. Ordered: two pizzas one order of Caesar wings one crazy sauce Two cheese breads One Caesar garlic sauce One crazy bread Received: Two pizzas Two cheese bread One sauce $46.29 Shorted wings, a sauce & crazy bread. Tried to call, no one answers. Didnt want to go back since it was so unorganized/busy.

Usually I come here & everythings fine , but today the store was full of people waiting for food , the employee with the mushroom haircut was on his phone while everyone was waiting to order & they were making pizzas with no gloves on ! How disgusting ! I walked right out ! Do better please !

We're in there 2 hours before closing ordered a thin crust pepperoni pizza. They told me that they ran out and that the only thing they had was the classic pepperoni and the classic cheese for hot and ready. They wouldn't go make the pizza that I wanted and when I asked for a receipt. They refused to give me a receipt and then when I got the pizza the pizza's burnt. And there's no way for me to take it back because they refuse to give me a receipt.

NOTE TO MANAGER: This was my first order at this location. I had made an online pickup order for May 25, 2023. It was scheduled to be picked up by 1:30 p.m. but the order wasn't ready. I went home and called the location several times on that day, Thursday, and the next day, Friday, to no avail. On Saturday, I went to the location again and was met by Sydney. She was able to complete my order and do so with a great attitude. NOTE TO CUSTOMERS: Please don't get the pretzel pizza! It made my whole family sick after one slice. We threw out the rest which is 1 pizza pies!
